Email Offers and Placing an Order
Once you subscribe to our mailing list we will send you 1-2 offers each month. If you want to place an order, just click on the buy link to pay pal (we do not store any credit card information on site) enter your credit card information and indicate whether you'd like to pick up your wine or have it delivered.
Your wine will be available for shipment or pick up within a week after purchase. Some wine offers may have restrictions on the number of bottles available for purchase due to small allocations.
If we have additional wine it will be available for purchase on the Order Wine page of our website. You are also always welcome to contact us with a custom order of Northwest wines, or questions about a wine you're interested in. We would love to be your custom Northwest Wine concierge.
Shipping and Pick Up.
We will deliver anywhere in Seattle or on the Eastside for free!
Pickups can be scheduled at the Redmond or Bellevue warehouse depending on the weekday. If you request your wine to be shipped to you, shipping fees do apply. Note that the prices on the drop down menu of the Buy It Now page show shipping prices to WASHINGTON STATE ONLY. If you live anywhere other than Washington, we will give you the shipping prices over the phone or by email. Vibrant Vine does not make a profit on shipping fees. You will be charged at cost for shipping material and ground transportation only.
Due to interstate alcohol laws there are some states Vibrant Vines cannot ship to. We cannot ship wine to Arkansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Pennsylvania or Rhode Island. Please read our return policy below before placing your order.
Return Policy
Our return policy helps us keep the cost of wine as low as possible. With that in mind, if you simply do not like a wine you've ordered, we accept returns on unopened bottles of wine for two weeks after the date of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If, however, a bottle of wine you receive is corked, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that not liking a wine is not the same as a wine being corked or flawed. Customer satisfaction is our primary priority, so we will work with you to resolve this issue.
